1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "Account Holder") and ts999 (hereinafter referred to as "ts999", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), governing all access to and use of the website available at ts999.cam (the "Site"), including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, tools and services made available through it.

By accessing the Site, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Site immediately.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on ts999.cam to access platform services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's account, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds (subject to applicable wagering conditions).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations or other incentives added to a User's account by ts999, which are subject to separate wagering requirements before withdrawal.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required for account confirmation and withdrawal processing.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees — the currency in which account balances are displayed on ts999.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

ts999 is strictly an adults-only platform. Registration by or on behalf of any person under the applicable minimum age is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each person may hold only one registered account on ts999. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same email address, same device, same payment method or same household — is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be duplicates are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.

3.4 Registration Restrictions

Registration is not permitted for any person who:

• Is below the minimum eligible age as described in clause 3.1;
• Is accessing the Site on behalf of another person;
• Has previously had an account closed or suspended by ts999 for breach of these Terms;
• Is acting in a professional or commercial capacity to exploit promotional offers;
• Has self-excluded from ts999 and whose exclusion period remains active.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and truthful. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. ts999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the breach of security originates from the User's conduct or negligence.

4.3 Contact Details Updates

You must promptly update your account information if any details change. You can update your contact details through the account settings panel. ts999 communicates important account, bonus and security notices to the email address registered on your account.

5. Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

ts999 is provided for the personal entertainment of eligible registered users only. You may access the platform for the purpose of placing bets on available sports markets — including cricket (PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral series), football, UFC and other available categories — and for playing casino games, live dealer products and slot titles listed in the game lobby.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on ts999:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other device to access, interact with or extract data from the platform;
• Exploiting software errors, malfunctions or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players in any poker, live dealer or multiplayer environment;
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illicit financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise circumvent the platform's security mechanisms;
• Using the platform in connection with any professional arbitrage scheme or matched betting syndicate in a manner designed to systematically exploit promotional terms;
• Accessing the platform via a VPN, proxy or other anonymising tool to circumvent geographical or account restrictions.

5.3 Platform Availability

ts999 operates on a best-efforts basis but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical repairs or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary downtime. ts999 is not liable for losses arising from platform unavailability during scheduled or unscheduled outages.

6. Deposits & Payments

6.1 Funding Your Account

Deposits may be made using payment methods currently available in the live cashier at the time of your transaction. Available methods may vary and are subject to change at the operator's discretion. ts999 displays account balances in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for the convenience of players in Pakistan.

6.2 Payment References

Familiar Pakistan payment services — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are referenced on this site solely as services familiar to Pakistani users. These references do not constitute a confirmation that those providers support or endorse gambling-related transactions. Whether any such method is available is determined exclusively by the live cashier at the time of deposit.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum deposit thresholds and maximum deposit caps may apply and are displayed in the cashier. These limits may be adjusted by the operator from time to time or on a per-payment-method basis. 6.4 Third-Party Payments

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be requested once your account has completed the required KYC verification process (see clause 11). Any active bonus funds with outstanding wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited before the associated real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

7.2 Withdrawal Methods

Funds are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. Alternative payout methods may be available in the cashier, subject to operator policy. No guaranteed payout processing timeframes are stated in these Terms — players should refer to the cashier or contact support for current estimates.

7.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of request. ts999 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments at its sole discretion, subject to notification to the player.

7.4 Identity Matching

The name registered on your ts999 account must match the name associated with your withdrawal payment method. Withdrawals to accounts held in a different name will not be processed and may trigger an account security review.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 Eligibility and Opt-In

Promotional offers on ts999 are subject to individual terms that govern eligibility, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, wagering requirements and expiry dates. These terms are published alongside each promotion. By claiming a bonus or promotion, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable promotional terms.

8.2 Welcome Bonus

ts999 may offer a welcome bonus to new registered players. Any illustrative bonus figure (for example, "up to PKR 25,000") is subject to a minimum qualifying deposit, an eligible wagering requirement, a minimum odds restriction on sports bets and an expiry period. Full terms apply. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per eligible new account.

8.3 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable multiplier will be stated in each promotion's terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds are not eligible for withdrawal. Wagering from real-money balance does not count towards bonus wagering requirements unless otherwise stated.

8.4 Bonus Abuse

ts999 reserves the right to withdraw bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals and close accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player or group of players is exploiting promotional terms through systematic low-risk wagering, account duplication, coordinated play or other bonus abuse strategies.

9. Betting & Gaming Rules

9.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets — including cricket markets covering PSL, ICC World Cups and bilateral series, as well as football, UFC and other available categories — are accepted subject to current market odds and applicable betting rules. Pre-match odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. In-play bets are accepted based on live odds at the moment of placement.

9.2 Bet Confirmation

A bet is not confirmed until a confirmation reference number has been issued by the platform. In the event of a technical fault during placement, ts999 reserves the right to void the unconfirmed bet. ts999 is not liable for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the User's side.

9.3 Void Bets and Cancelled Events

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond applicable void rules, or suspended, bets placed on that event may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. Specific void rules for each sport are available in the platform's sportsbook rules section.

9.4 Casino and RNG Games

Casino games and slot titles on ts999 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Outcomes are independently determined and are not influenced by the platform, prior results or player behaviour. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are provided by the game studios that supply each title and are displayed in the game information panel. Past RTP performance does not guarantee future outcomes.

9.5 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer products are operated by independent third-party studios. Results are determined by physical outcomes in real game environments. ts999 does not control live dealer studio operations. Any disputes arising from live dealer outcomes should be reported to support, who will liaise with the relevant studio on the player's behalf.

10. Responsible Gambling

11. KYC & Verification

11.2 Acceptable Documents

11.3 Document Authenticity

All documents submitted must be genuine, unaltered and belong to the registered account holder. Submitting fraudulent, altered or third-party documents constitutes identity fraud and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

11.4 Enhanced Due Diligence

ts999 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for compliance purposes, including source of funds evidence where transaction volumes or account activity warrant enhanced due diligence. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on ts999.cam — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, page layouts, software, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the proprietary property of ts999 or its licensed third-party content providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, published, transmitted or modified in any form without prior written authorisation from ts999.

Game content is supplied by independent third-party studios under licence. All intellectual property rights in game titles, mechanics, graphics and audio remain with the respective studio. Unauthorised reproduction of game content is a breach of both these Terms and applicable copyright law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ts999, its directors, officers, employees, agents and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use the platform;
• Losses arising from network or connectivity failures, device incompatibility or technical issues outside ts999's direct control;
• Losses arising from a User's failure to comply with applicable local laws or regulations governing gambling;
• Any decision made by the User to deposit, wager or withdraw based on information displayed on the platform;
• Third-party payment provider delays, failures or fees associated with deposit or withdrawal processing.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury arising from ts999's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Users retain any statutory rights that cannot be waived under mandatory applicable law.

14. Suspension & Account Closure

14.1 Suspension by ts999

ts999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account immediately and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse or money laundering;
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Provision of false, misleading or incomplete registration information;
• Account operation by a person below the minimum eligible age;
• Receipt of a valid request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

14.2 Voluntary Closure

Any registered player may request account closure at any time by contacting ts999 support via live chat. Before closure, the player must have no outstanding withdrawal requests, active bonus conditions or unresolved disputes. ts999 will process the closure and confirm in writing once completed.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ts999's operating license is registered. Nothing in these Terms creates or implies any submission to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts or any acknowledgment that Pakistani gambling regulations grant legal authority to operate this platform within Pakistan.

Users in Pakistan access the platform subject to their own domestic legal framework. ts999 makes no representation as to the lawfulness of access for users in any specific jurisdiction. 16. Amendments to These Terms

ts999 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on record. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
